My Story
My fitness journey began at 13 with a curiosity about bodybuilding. Balancing my love for math and computer science, I delved into nutrition and weightlifting. Spartan Races introduced me to outdoor fitness and teamwork, and inspiring my coworkers to join me created a vibrant fitness community. Now, as a Certified Personal Trainer and Coach, I want to help you get started on your own fitness journey!
