My Story

My fitness journey began at 13 with a ​curiosity about bodybuilding. Balancing ​my love for math and computer science, I ​delved into nutrition and weightlifting. ​Spartan Races introduced me to outdoor ​fitness and teamwork, and inspiring my ​coworkers to join me created a vibrant ​fitness community. Now, as a Certified ​Personal Trainer and Coach, I want to help ​you get started on your own fitness ​journey!
